Mandatory documents: Founder Consent & NOC, participant declaration of originality, and copyright declaration covering all visuals, music, voiceovers, and graphics. Founder profile should cover journey, business overview, products, achievements, innovations, employment generation, social impact, sustainability, and vision.

Frequently Asked
No – registration is completely FREE. Individual and team registrations are welcome, and registration is mandatory before submission via the official online form.
Students, content creators, filmmakers, AI creators, media professionals, animation artists, freelancers, videographers, photographers, entrepreneurs, educational institutions, creative agencies – any individual interested in documenting inspiring MSME founder stories.
Each participant or team may submit one or more entries. Every entry needs its own complete submission with founder NOC and declarations.
Four categories: Live Action Documentary (mobile or DSLR/professional), AI Generated Storytelling (AI videos, AI avatars), Animation (2D/3D), and Hybrid Storytelling (live action + animation + AI + motion graphics + VFX). There’s also a dedicated Student category.
5–10 minutes, horizontal or vertical orientation (both accepted), minimum Full HD 1920×1080, MP4 or MOV format. Language: Telugu, English, Hindi, or bilingual – subtitles recommended. Any HD-capable device works.
Founder Consent & No Objection Certificate (NOC), a participant declaration of originality, a copyright declaration covering all visuals/music/voiceovers/graphics, and ID proof of the team leader if requested. Plus a poster/thumbnail and 3–5 hi-res photos of the founder/business.
31 October 2026. Late entries will not be considered unless officially extended by the organizers.
Participants retain ownership of their original work. By participating, you grant CINICA Creators Council a non-exclusive licence to publish, stream and promote submissions through its official YouTube channel, social media, website, exhibitions and festivals for educational, promotional and non-commercial purposes – with credit wherever practicable.
